1. What's the catch? How do I get paid? We pay on-time, auto electronic payments directly to your account. We appreciate doing business with you and so there are no fees or catches.
2. How can you guarantee my rent? We are a business also. We set up auto electronic payments through the App or Money Transfer of your choice.
3. How long will your guests be staying? At imahomeagain2, LLC, our target guests are travelling professionals. Our minimum reservation is 3 days. Contract professionals usually stay months to a year.
4. What about entry security? Hopefully, you are okay with us installing an electronic or digital locks and discreet cameras outside to manage our guests.
5. How are guests screened and what is the criteria? The hosting platforms we work with do their own background checks and verification of ID's to ensure top-tier and trustworthy guests.
6. What platforms are utilized for marketing? We use platforms/companies like TravelNurses, Strom Aviation and other contact companies for our companies. In addition, we also advertise on Padsplit, Furnished Finders, VRMO and Airbnb.
7. What if parties occur? We have a multifaceted approach to discourage parties. First, a 3 day minimum stay. We also use digital locks, outside cameras and noise monitors in the common areas only. Finally, it is a contractual agreement.
8. What about 'make ready' costs? No 'make ready' costs to you.
